so busy during the holidays
that I never got the chance to
take photos of outfits.

my brother's wedding, holy mass here and there,
xmas party and lolo's birthday...
hoooo! i have got to breathe.

so lucky to have a few seconds to take this one.

i have been sporting the whole pregnant look
due to weight gain.

but i'm not so sure about it though.

just a quick drop at the mall today.

apparently, my sister forgot to buy a gift

for one of our aunts who is spending the holidays

here in cebu.

i really had no purpose there.

just wasting time before my
already married brother
will come home.

yes, he got married on this day.
we had HUGE party.
talk about non-stop food supply.

anyway, spent most of my time
in my room with my cousins,
reading our collection of preview magazines
and painting our nails...
and our bed sheets.

gaaaah! i just noticed it!

as i am procrastinating with my essay due in an hour,

i noticed that some of my pics

on my older posts

have gone missing!

where have they flown to.

ill just put them back on.

twelve

i was invited to a book launch today
and boy was it worth my time!

i met the respected cebu literary celebrities.

i sure felt really small there beside all the big names.

some of my very intellectual teachers were there too.
and so were my friends, denise, king, nq, patet and raprap.

we had dinner and itched my way through the
mountain of delicious battered shrimps.

went to UP to play lotto and
take pictures with the x-mas lights
along the streets,

went to the mall right after until its
closing time,

and we also saw a humongous rat
at the atrium of northwing.

just fun-filled.

despite being extremely sick,
i did my x-mas shopping today.

not really a wise idea considering
it's a sunday (talk about suicide)
and like what i've said,
im sick.

i have a serious case of colds and
i have been breathing through my mouth.

not really so bad because i was done
with most of the things on my list.

i sure hope i didn't get anybody sick
coz that would be nasty.

i was just about to sneeze here.

i wasn't able to go to church because
i was too sleepy.

"my life is better"

this is what i will say after i graduate.
after thesis, essay, chemistry, american lit, etc.,
this is what i will say.


i went to school today and
stole something.

it was a brochure from the
National University of Singapore.
sheez! now im a thief.

i had been scouting for
different scholarships for a master's degree.

NUS offers one--
a master's degree in Applied Linguistics.

i'll take whatever cheap
because my parents won't
be there for me anymore.

nine

tomorrow we'll set up
the christmas decors.

oooohh it's so christmas already,
i can feel it in my spine.

i've also posted things
on my wishlist already.

but before christmas,
there is still my birthday which i am also excited about.
my sis and i are probably gonna have lunch.

and, a BIG, also
my brother is getting married.

oh well there's a lot
to look forward to before the year ends.

trivia: christmas is jesus' bday as well as my lolo and lola's. cool, eh?
